Hey guys, if you haven’t had a chance, you can still get in on the Thinking Tree giveaway! We will be using a random comment selector at noon and will post the winners in the comments on Facebook. Make sure to follow our blog because we will have more Thinking Tree giveaways and some other products as well! To enter all you need to do is watch the review from yesterday and make a comment or ask a question. You do have to live in the USA. Here is the link to the video: Thinking Tree Review/Giveaway
Have a great weekend!
Don’t forget today at 12:00pm EASTERN on our Hunt’s Happy Homeschool Facebook page we will have a live review of a couple Thinking Tree books. Then, in order to give working mamas time to watch the video, ask questions or make their comments I will leave the video open for 24 hours. After that, I will use a random comment selector tomorrow at noon and post the winners in the comments. Remember! In order to try and win you must make a comment or question on the video! I will answer any questions posted as soon as I can. Keep watching for more giveaways!! Facebook has nothing to do with this giveaway. Hope to see you at noon!
Our Kidstir box has arrived! We will be checking it out and making a review video! I am hoping to get a coupon code, but not sure about that yet. I was actually impressed with the regular prices when I looked at their website. Check it out here! Kidstir
I need to take some new pictures for our giveaways! Lol
Anyway, tomorrow is our Thinking Tree journal giveaway! I am so excited to show you another journal, they are all so awesome! I just got a new shipment in and I was so excited to see some new ones that I have wanted to show you and giveaway! Also, make sure to keep an eye out for all of my giveaways. I will be having at least one Thinking Tree giveaway a month and hopefully at least one other product a month as well. I know I have a Grammar Galaxy giveaway coming up and I think a KidArtLit subscription giveaway, but still waiting on clarification. So, back to tomorrow. I will be going live on our Facebook page at 12:00 noon EASTERN time to show you the journal. I will then leave the post up for 24 hours for everyone to see and make comments or ask questions. Remember making comments or asking questions is how you are entered. After the 24 hours are up, I will use a random comment selector to choose the winner. I will post the winners name in the comments and you will have 24 hours to contact me. You do need to be in the USA to win. I would also love it if the winner posted a picture of yourself or your child or just the journal on my Facebook page when you receive it. I look forward to tomorrow! See ya then! Guys! I am so excited! Do you all remember when I told you about a monthly subscription box called Kidstir? Well, I had applied to become an affiliate and told them that I would really love to get a box to review for all of you. It had been a while so I thought they must have denied me the affiliation. Well, last night I got two emails! One with the approval and the other a personal one from the affiliate manager welcoming me to their program! I can not wait to get this box and to show and do it with my boys and show all of you! God is opening so many doors it is amazing! I am meeting awesome people and ….I don’t even have words! Please keep sharing my blog with anyone you think would like it and be encouraged by it! I want to share all of these things with people to help them find fun and unique things to do with their kiddos. I hope you all have a wonderful weekend and watch for the link to Kidstir to pop up on my blog page. I will be getting it on there soon! Talk to you later! Mandy
Hump day already! I swear the older I get the faster time seems to go. Anyway, I decided to make Wednesday’s our “What’s Up Wednesday” post. Where we share what we have been up to for the week and where you can share how your week has been going. It can be about hhomeschooling, anything you want to brag about or get off your chest. So, without further adue….our first, What’s Up Wednesday!
So, I’m not going to lie….this week has been a llittle frustrating. Nothing major just the boys not wanting to do chores or school work or go to bed. Like any normal kid, right?
Don’t get me wrong, we have had a lot of good times too. WH is really into classical music from around the world. We have been listening to it during school. It distracts him a little, but I think the cultural exposure is a huge positive. He is also really starting to understand math. I think using the Thinking Tree journals and Life of Fred together are helping him grasp things.
LH is taking off with his reading ….he is reading books to his younger brother and starting to gain a lot of confidence because of that.
WYH, now he is a different story and we are still trying to use all kinds of things to help him learn. He is a hands on learner. He doesn’t like to sit down and write in journals or read a book. He has enjoyed listening to The Mouse and the Motorcycle book at night. Teach your monster to read has become a God send. He is starting to read and doesn’t even realize it! He loves building so I usually have build some kind of structure with blocks too. This week I have slacked a little with that though.
I have been trying to work on my blog and learn how to make it better for all of you. It really is a learning curve, but I’m getting there. I appreciate all of you joining me for this ride! Talk to ya later, Mandy
Update on possible birthday giveaway giveaway: we have gotten several more followers and we are getting close to our goal of 50 new followers! We still need 15 more by tomorrow morning! If we get there by 9:30 am Eastern, we will do the extra Thinking Tree review and giveaway! So, keep sharing and sharing! We are so close to the goal! I really want to give something away! Also, I am going to do it a little different. I will do the live review, but to make sure we give working mamas and others time to see it and comment, I won’t announce a winner until Friday morning! Have a great day!
